Connecticut Green Heat llc.
Welcome to energy independence

In the days of high fuel prices everyone wants to save money.
Wood burning is one of the ways to save.
Heating the house, garage, barn or business with wood can
mean a substantial savings.
We offer the Orlan and ATMOS wood gasification and Orlan,
Pellets Plus Fuzzy Logic and Termo-Tech pellet boilers.
They are high efficiency, variable output boilers(output
varies, on some models, between 40% and 100% of their
rated output).
The Orlan and ATMOS wood gasification boilers will burn
cord wood and bio-mass.
High efficiency is the key, all the  boilers are between 87 to
95% efficient.
Lets be honest nobody wants to do more work than
necessary.
Some other brands boilers are only 20% efficient.
That means that 80% of all the wood that you cut, haul, split,
stack and load into the boiler is wasted.
If you are going to do all that work you might as well get the
most of it.
Long burn times (8-12 hrs.) are expected with a properly
sized boiler.
EKO and Atmos wood gasification boilers are made of 3 -8
mmboiler plate, for long life.

Carbon neutral

Wood and pellets can be considered carbon neutral when
the wood is sustainable.
When wood is burned it gives off the same amount of
carbon that it took in as it was growing.
When a tree falls down in the woods and rots, it releases
the same amount of carbon as it would if it were burned.
Wood takes the lifespan of the tree (25-100 years) to
become carbon neutral.
Oil takes millions of years to become carbon neutral.
