An attractive exchange rate allows us to offer the high quality Orlan and ATMOS boilers at a competitive price.
Atmos wood gasification boilers are high quality boilers made of 3-8 mm thick boiler plate steel. Atmos offers two lines of wood gasification boilers, the "S" and "GS". The difference between them is the amount of ceramic and the combustion air path. Boiler temperature and output is regulated by a draft regulator. The fan draws the exhaust out of the burn chambers, therefore creating a negative pressure in the firebox, reducing the smoke that is let out into the room, when loading.
Red Super and Orlan EKO boilers are equipped with the RK 2001U regulator enabling: Interaction with circulating pump Interaction with room temperature sensor, installed in mostly used room Modulation of fan rotation Boiler temp. to 195 degrees f. Interaction with room thermostat
Gasification process in wood fired boilers is divided into 4 stages: Drying and release of wood gases inside the loading chamber in slow glowing process Burning of gas mixture with secondary air in the lower chamber at over 2000 deg. F. Flame reheating and heat exchange Combustion gases ejecting through chimney pipe. The best indicator of successful wood gasification is the lack of smoke exiting the chimney.

Neither the Orlan nor the ATMOS wood boilers are UL approved, they are CE and/or TUV, this is roughly equivalent, but, you will want to check with your building department as to whether they will accept this certification.
